VoucherPage is software sold by TIDYROX S.R.L., Romania. These terms cover the software licence and the optional setup. They do not cover a gift voucher a shop sells to its own customer.
Free mode works with Stripe test keys only and shows a Powered by VoucherPage badge. A live Stripe key issues vouchers only after that business is marked licensed.
The lifetime licence is a one-time payment of $59 for one business. It lets that business use live Stripe keys and removes the badge. It is not a subscription. It covers this version of the software as it runs on danieldorunga.ro.
Done-for-you setup is a one-time payment of $149. It means we configure the page with you: the business details, the Payment Links in your Stripe account, and the restricted key. The licence is a separate purchase if you want live keys. The card payments still go to your Stripe account.
TIDYROX S.R.L. is not registered for VAT. The price shown is the amount you pay.
You create the Payment Links and you choose the voucher terms your customers see. You are responsible for your Stripe account, your prices, your customers, and for redeeming vouchers honestly. We do not hold the voucher money and we do not add a per-voucher fee.
There is no email sending. A customer sees the voucher in the browser after payment and can print it or save a PDF.
Do not paste a Stripe key with more access than Checkout Sessions read. We store the key encrypted and use it only to read the checkout session after payment.
The staff PIN is yours to choose and to share with your staff. Keep it private. There is no password reset by email. If you lose the owner password, write to office@tidyrox.com from the same address and we can help you recover the account.
Refunds of the licence and of the setup are described on the refunds page. A customer's voucher payment is refunded by the shop, in Stripe, not by us.
Romanian law applies. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
