You can ask for a refund within 14 days of paying for the lifetime licence or for done-for-you setup. Write to office@tidyrox.com from the email you want the reply sent to. Include the date and the Stripe receipt.
The lifetime licence is refunded in full within those 14 days. We then turn the licence off, and live keys stop issuing vouchers. Test mode keeps working.
Done-for-you setup is refunded in full within 14 days if we have not delivered the setup. If we have already delivered it, the setup fee is not refunded. The licence, if you bought it separately, can still be refunded inside its own 14 days.
A gift voucher your customer bought is different. That money was paid to your Stripe account, not to TIDYROX. You refund the customer from your own Stripe dashboard if your voucher terms say so. We cannot refund that payment because we never received it.
The public demo does not take a real payment.
