Christmas gift vouchers
A café, salon, gym, or shop takes payment into its own Stripe account. The customer gets a printable voucher with a code and a QR check. You pay Stripe's normal card fee. VoucherPage does not add a fee on top.

Stripe still charges its card processing fee, because the payment is a normal charge on your account. The figures above are the extra platform fee, not that card fee.

Yes. The $59 licence is a one-time software fee. Stripe's own card fee still applies, because Stripe processes the card on your account.
Gift Up publishes a 3.49% fee on voucher sales. Square gift cards are commonly about 2.5% per transaction. Those are comparison rates, not a quote, and providers change them. The calculator applies those percentages to your own sales estimate.
Yes. Open the Hearth & Crumb demo and pay with 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future expiry, and any CVC. It is a fictional café and nothing is charged. Your own page can use Stripe test mode the same way.
No. There is no email sending. After payment the customer sees the voucher on screen, with a code and a QR link, and can print it or save a PDF. Reloading that page shows the same voucher. Staff can look the code up later.
It opens a private page for that shop. Staff can redeem part of a voucher or the whole balance, issue a complimentary voucher, see the list, and download a CSV. The balance update is one database write, so two tills cannot spend the same pounds.
Test keys work for free. A live Stripe key issues vouchers only after the account is marked licensed. You buy the $59 licence once. I turn the flag on by hand after the sale.
Yes, within 14 days, by writing to office@tidyrox.com. The details are on the refunds page. A customer's voucher payment is refunded by you, from your Stripe account, not by TIDYROX.
