TIDYROX S.R.L. sells the EtichetaVin software. The wine page is the producer's declaration, not ours.

The free plan includes 1 wine and 3 dynamic codes. The 490 lei pack includes up to 15 wines. The 990 lei pack includes up to 40 wines and the standard terms in the official EU languages. An extra wine is 29 lei and we switch it on after payment.

A code's redirect and an already published wine page do not depend on payment. If the plan returns to free, adding past the limit stops. A code paused for abuse stays paused until it is reviewed.

The producer confirms the ingredients, the allergens and the nutrition figures. The form's estimate does not replace a lab bulletin.

The app does not send email. We do not ask for a phone number.

Romanian law applies. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights that cannot be waived.
