You can ask for a refund of a pack within 14 days of payment, at office@tidyrox.com, with the date and the proof of payment.

Within those 14 days we turn the paid plan off. Pages and codes that were already published stay, because they do not stop because of payment. You cannot add wines past the free limit.

An extra wine, if we have already switched it on, is refunded within the same 14 days and we remove that slot from the account.
