Time saved by automation
A plain estimate: how much time and cost a repeated task takes when several people do it every month.
Formula
Hours per month = minutes × times per month × people / 60.
Cost per month = hours per month × hourly cost. The year is the month × 12.
Frequency is per month, not per week. Nothing is subtracted for exceptions or for the time spent building the automation.
