Daniel Dorunga, through TIDYROX S.R.L.. The services on this site are sold and invoiced by TIDYROX S.R.L..

I build custom websites and web apps, and Google Apps Script automations. The price is fixed, and we agree it in writing before I start.

The price on this page is a starting point. The price you pay is fixed, and we agree it before I start.

Fixed packages: 40% before I start, 60% on delivery, before I hand over the code or the domain.

Work over 5,000 lei: 30% at the start, 40% at a milestone we approve, 30% on delivery.

The free mockup and the 15-minute audit stay free. They have no deposit.

The deposit is refundable only if I have not started. After I start, it covers the time already used.

The price includes 2 rounds of changes inside the agreed scope. One round is one set of notes, sent once.

The code, the domain, and the access are handed over after the full payment.

The timeline starts after the deposit and after I have the text, the pictures, and the page list. Without those, the days do not run.

TIDYROX S.R.L. is not registered for VAT. The price is final.

The card link is the deposit for the standard package. If the offer price is different, I send a separate link or a proforma invoice.

The free mockup is a visual proposal for your current site. It is not the finished site, and it does not oblige you to continue.

Free hosting covers static websites delivered by TIDYROX S.R.L. on Cloudflare Pages, for the site as delivered. Content changes and new features are paid separately, at the quoted rate. No maintenance subscription is offered. The domain is purchased and owned by the client. I may stop the free hosting with 60 days’ notice, in which case I hand over the full site files so you can host it elsewhere. Hosting excludes email boxes, databases and dynamic back-ends unless they are in the quote. It does not apply to Google Apps Script automations.

I do not offer SEO, mobile apps, online shops, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, or a maintenance or IT-support plan.

The free tools on this site are in-browser estimates. They are not advice and they do not replace an accountant.
