Invoices and payments in Google Sheets: a PDF from the sheet, email, reminders for what is overdue, and a dashboard. The figures in the images are sample data.

The problem

The invoice, the payment and the reminder were three separate actions, every month.

What I built

  • A PDF from the invoice row.
  • An email to the client, from the sheet.
  • A reminder when the due date passes.
  • A dashboard by month and by client. The amounts in the capture are the sample in the file.
