Data consolidation

Several files brought into one table, in the same shape. I describe the flow, not a confidential file.

The problem

Each file had a different header for the same information.

What I built

  • A column map, from the old name to the shared name.
  • Empty rows drop out.
  • The result is one sheet you can filter.
