Approval flows
A row that moves from one step to the next, and the next person gets an email. No internal system names.
The problem
The approval lived in comments. You could not see whose turn it was.
What I built
- A stage column on the row.
- An email to the person at the next stage.
- The row does not skip an empty stage.
