How to use the free templates
The four automations on the Free page: invoice, form, reminder and PFA ledger. You copy each one into your own sheet.
Invoice from a row
Keep the columns Client, Email, Invoice, Description, Quantity, Unit price.
Select the row and run the Invoices menu. If you leave the template blank, the script builds a simple document.
Form reply
The form must ask for an email. The trigger is On form submit, function onFormSubmit.
After the reply, the Status column becomes Replied.
Appointment reminder
The columns are Name, Email, Date, Time, Reminder sent.
The daily trigger emails people whose booking is tomorrow and who have not already been reminded.
PFA ledger
Type is income or expense. Amount is in lei.
Menu PFA, Refresh 2026 estimate. A Summary sheet appears. The estimate is the real system, with no e-Factura, and it does not apply the health-contribution exception for an owner who is also an employee.
